Containment

When there is a small visible area of mold, we start by removing some of the affected sheet rock or wall to see if there is more growth. When we find more, and it is contiguous (from the same water damage), we contain it until all protocols and work plans are written. All protocols and work plans need to be approved by the State of Texas. We have our certified Mold person in this office, Shannon, and he is in charge of setting everything with the State and get the job started. That was the case with this residency in Dallas, TX.
