Unexpected Storm Damage

Just like water flows in a river, it can flow into a home, especially if coming from a storm event. Water can flow into any part of the home, from the most obvious to the most unexpected areas in the home. For example, this house was affected by a storm and water came into their home. The most obvious places were the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The unexpected were the coat closet just because it was in the middle of the home. I tried to dry the sheetrock in place, but it was too saturated so we cut out the wet walls and dried the studs. Then a contractor came in and replaced it with new sheetrock.
