Water Damage at Commercial Location

Demo is necessary when drying isn't enough. That was the case at this commercial location. We attempted to dry, but we got nowhere. The insulation in the walls, behind the sheetrock, was too saturated to dry without a demo. And before we decide to do anything in your location, we ask for approval from your adjuster on the claim. We got approval to demo and dried the studs. It takes a couple of days to realize that the insulation is too saturated to dry, but doing the demo was the step to take to get us to where we needed to be: drying conditions.
